Redefining Work: Creating New Pathways for Women
SAGE is Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations’s flagship platform for dialogue, collaboration, and action around gender equality and women’s advancement in Singapore.
Now in its third edition, SAGE 2026 brings together leaders, policymakers, corporates, community organisations, and changemakers to explore how women are redefining careers, leadership, and success in a rapidly changing world — and what organisations, policymakers, and communities must do to build systems that better support women across every stage of life and work.
Centred on the theme Redefining Work: Creating New Pathways for Women, this year’s conference will examine how women are rewriting traditional definitions of success through new models of work, evolving career pathways, entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovative approaches that challenge conventional barriers.
As workplaces and societies continue to evolve, SAGE 2026 aims to spark meaningful conversations around creating more flexible, inclusive, and future-ready environments where women can participate, thrive, and lead.
Through keynote conversations, panel discussions, workshops, and community engagement, SAGE convenes diverse voices and perspectives to move dialogue into meaningful action.
