In its third edition this year, SAGE centres on the theme Redefining Work: Creating New Pathways for Women. We will explore how women are rewriting the rules of success, highlighting new models of work, emerging career pathways, and innovative approaches that break traditional barriers, enabling women to participate and succeed in more flexible, inclusive, and future-ready environments.  

• Building Systems That Work for Women – Exploring the efficacy of workplace policies, preventing workplace discrimination, and the role of employers and the government in providing support 
• Beyond the Linear Career Path – Tackling career breaks and pivots, entrepreneurship, the stigma of “non-linear” trajectories, and navigating transitions across life stages 
• Unfolding the Journey of Career Longevity – Delving into the issues of retirement inadequacy, women working beyond retirement, reskilling and upskilling to keep up with digital economy and AI, and the challenges of older women workers
