Ms Jasmin Lau is currently the Acting Minister for Manpower and the Senior Minister of State in the Ministry of Digital Development and Information. She is also the Minister-in-charge of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech) which builds tech for public good and supports public agencies’ efforts in driving digital transformation.

Ms Lau is a Member of Parliament for Ang Mo Kio GRC and oversees the SeletarSerangoon Division. She is also the Vice-Chairperson of the Ang Mo Kio Town Council.

Before entering politics, Ms Lau spent almost 20 years in the public service. She previously served as Deputy Secretary (Policy) at the Ministry of Health from 2022 to 2025, where she oversaw the development of healthcare finance, manpower and regulatory policy. Prior to 2022, she held other appointments in the Economic Development Board, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Manpower and the Prime Minister’s Office.

Ms Lau holds a Master of Science in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2006. Before that, she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005.

Outside of work, Ms Lau is a mother of two pre-schoolers. She plays competitive netball and basketball when she can, and when her children allow her to do so.

Professor Lily Kong has been President of Singapore Management University (SMU) since 2019, the first Singaporean to lead the institution and first Singaporean woman to head any university in Singapore. At SMU, she spearheaded significant strategic initiatives, focusing on Digital Transformation, Sustainable Living, and Growth in Asia. Under her leadership, SMU launched new colleges, research institutes, and overseas centres. In particular, three key institutes have been launched in recent years to address how we live (Urban Institute), how we work (Resilient Workforces Institute) and how we age (Longevity Societies and Economies Institute).

Professor Kong herself is a prolific researcher who is internationally recognised for her work in understanding social and cultural change in Asian cities. She has received prestigious honours including the British Academy Fellowship, the Victoria Medal from Royal Geographical Society, the Robert Stoddard Award from American Association of Geographers, and the Foreign Fellow from Geographical Society of China. She is consistently ranked in the top 2% of her field in studies by Stanford.

With respect to the topic of SAGE’s conference, her commentary in Straits Times (10 March 2026) – “An ageing society tests more than our healthcare system” is a “must read” for all concerned about sustainable ageing

Ms Chew Gek Khim is a lawyer by training. She has been Executive Chairman of The Straits Trading Company Limited since 24 April 2008. 

Ms Chew is also Executive Chairman of the Tecity Group. Concurrently, she is the Non-executive Chairman of Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad and Deputy Chairman of The Tan Chin Tuan Foundation. 

She is a member of the National University of Singapore Board of Trustees, the Governing Board of Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, the Board of Governors of S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies and Wealth Management Institute. 

Ms Chew graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1984. She was awarded the Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite in 2010, the Singapore Businessman of the Year 2014 at the Singapore Business Awards in 2015, and the Meritorious Service Medal at the National Day Awards in 2016. Ms Chew was conferred an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Letters (honoris causa) by the Nanyang Technological University in 2021. 

Dr Razwana Begum is the President of PPIS, where she leads initiatives to empower women and strengthen community ties. With her extensive experience and passion for this role, she is deeply committed to advancing social welfare and support systems for Muslim women in Singapore.

In addition to her leadership at PPIS, Razwana is an Associate Professor and Head of the Global Security and Strategy Programme at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. Her academic credentials include a PhD from Monash University, along with degrees in law, criminology, counselling, and social work.

Before her academic career, Razwana spent 18 years as a Probation Officer with the Ministry of Social and Family Development, acquiring hands-on experience in social rehabilitation.

She also serves as an Adjunct Principal Scientist at The Centre for Advanced Technologies in Online Safety (CATOS) and contributes to the School Advisory and Fostering Committee.

From 2023 to 2025, Razwana served as a Nominated Member of the 14th Parliament of Singapore, advocating for public safety, education, children, and women’s empowerment. Her expertise in criminology has established her as a sought-after voice in the media and at national and international forums. 

Teck Cheng has been active championing the cause for older women through her work on Board of Society for WINGS, an Institute of Public Character which empowers women to age successfully. As the elected President since 2020, she spearheaded initiatives to help older women embrace digitalisation, developed holistic programmes to drive preventive care in areas of physical, mental, financial well-being and social connectedness.

She was elected to SCWO Board for the term 2022-24, serving as her Honorary Assistant Treasurer. Leveraging her professional experience in Finance and Procurement, she worked closely with the team to enhance SCWO policies and practices in line with the latest Code of Governance and strengthen our processes.

In addition, she co-chairs the SCWO’s Taskforce for Ageing which aims to bring to light the gender related phenomenon of ageing. To this end, SCWO published a research report “Tomorrow’s New Old: Singapore’s Future Cohort of Ageing” to better understand the needs and expectations of a new generation of seniors to inform policy options and shape community interventions. Together with fellow members of Singapore Alliance for Women in Ageing (SAWA), we conducted focus group discussions and submitted a report on “Older Women’s Responses to the White Paper on Singapore Women’s Development” as a follow-up to the Government’s national review of women’s issues. SCWO have played an active role in engaging the stakeholders in provide voices for older women and will continue to do so.

Junie Foo is a household name when it comes to championing women in the workplace in Singapore. A former President of the Financial Women’s Association, this veteran corporate banker turned social sector leader is the first non-Japanese and first woman to lead Corporate Banking Division Asia Oceania for a Japanese financial institution. She successfully pivoted to CEO of a major charitable organisation serving 10,000+ beneficiaries across Singapore. She is currently Singapore’s representative on ASEAN Commission for Women and Children, Past President of SCWO and Chairperson of Singapore Kindness Movement. A bridge between corporate boardrooms and social systems reform, she continues to keep her agility and hone her skills as an advisor, mentor and serving on commercial boards. She is a Justice of the Peace and a recipient of the outstanding Alumni award from the Faculty of Arts and Socials Sciences, National University of Singapore and the Public Service Medal for her contributions to women and the community. 

Mr Kevin Goh joined Centre for Fathering in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of experience working with individuals and families across the public and community sectors. He served four years as a probation officer with the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports before spending 11 years as a church pastoral staff member, roles that grounded him in the realities families face and the difference that steady, intentional support can make. Kevin also serves as a member of the 14th COMPASS (COMmunity and PArents in Support of Schools) Council.  

 On the home front, Kevin is a supportive husband and hands-on father to three children (aged 16, 14 and 12). He and his wife are close partners raising their family, and he has been intentional about supporting her as she pursued further career growth. For Kevin, fathering is not a solo act: it requires a close partnership with his wife and a supportive village to ensure the parenting journey is an enjoyable adventure.  

Mr Goh Pei Ming was appointed Senior Minister of State in May 2025, and has served as Member of Parliament for Marine Parade-Braddell Heights GRC since Apr 2025. Prior to his appointment, Mr Goh served in the Singapore Armed Forces for 24 years, including in the roles of SAF Chief of Staff-Joint Staff, SAF Inspector-General, and MINDEF Chief Sustainability Officer. He was deployed overseas in Afghanistan and Indonesia, and had helmed national events such as National Day Parade 2022.

Mr Goh was a member of the REACH Advisory Panel from 2022 to 2024, and served on the Board of Directors for the Defence Science and Technology Agency, DSO National Laboratories, Defence Collective Singapore and Temasek Polytechnic.

As a longtime grassroots volunteer, Mr Goh began his community work in Kampong Chai Chee, East Coast in 2007, before taking on leadership roles as Chairman of the Kampong Chai Chee Community Club Management Committee, and Vice-Chairman of the Kampong Chai Chee Citizens’ Consultative Committee.

Mr Goh graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor’s degree (summa cum laude) in Civil Engineering under the Singapore Armed Forces Overseas Scholarship, and went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and a Master’s degree in Defence Studies from King’s College London.

He is married with three children, and enjoys spending quality time with his family. He loves the outdoors, hawker food, as well as jogs around the Marine Parade estate.

Ms. Goh Sok Kim is Chief Information Officer for Asia Pacific at MUFG, where she leads the bank’s technology and digital strategy to support business growth across the region. Since assuming the role in 2021, she has been instrumental in strengthening MUFG’s technology capabilities and advancing its digital transformation agenda.  

In 2025, her responsibilities expanded to include leading Global IT Efficiency and Capabilities Development, where she is building a unified global team across MUFG’s technology entities to enhance capabilities and drive long-term transformation. 

With over 30 years of experience in banking and technology, Ms. Goh brings deep expertise and a global perspective to her work. She is a member of MUFG’s APAC Executive Committee and serves on the Industry Advisory Committee for the National University of Singapore School of Computing, as well as the board of Singapore’s Public Utilities Board.  

A strong advocate for inclusive workplaces, Ms. Goh champions diversity and talent development, and serves as a sponsor of MUFG APAC’s Women’s Initiatives Network—supporting the advancement of women in the workplace and across the industry. 

Mr Hao Shuo is the Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), representing employers across Singapore on workforce and employment matters. He took on the role in December 2024 after more than 15 years in the Singapore public service, a significant portion of which was spent in the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). 

Before joining SNEF, Hao Shuo served as Divisional Director for Manpower Planning and Policy at MOM, where he worked on labour market strategy, workforce planning, foreign manpower policy, and HR sector development. He also held leadership roles in labour relations and workplace policy, working closely with employers, unions, and government agencies on employment legislation and workforce issues. Before MOM, Hao Shuo served in the Ministry of Law, Ministry of Education, and the then-Ministry of Communications and Information, contributing in areas including intellectual property, manpower planning, and content regulation policies. 

At SNEF, he continues to lead the co-creation of employment policies with the labour movement and the Government, helping employers navigate workplace challenges and workplace transformation to achieve win-win outcomes for both businesses and workers. 

Ms Kohe Hasan is the Group CEO of M Kapital Holdings Pte Ltd, a familyowned investment holding company with diverse business interests spanning across energy transition, commodities trading, digital infrastructure, and business advisory. She is also the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Ghana in Singapore. Prior to her current roles, Kohe was an accomplished senior lawyer with over 20 years’ experience and is a recognized authority in energy and infrastructure projects across emerging Asian markets.

In addition, Kohe is also an independent director on several boards (both public and private). These include the Central Provident Fund Board and Singapore Co-operation Enterprise, which is a subsidiary of Enterprise Singapore and Housing Development Finance Corporation Maldives, as a nominee director of the Asian Development Bank.

She is also actively involved in Singapore’s tripartite labour landscape. She is presently the Asst Honorary Secretary of the Singapore National Employers’ Federation and has sat on several taskforces including those which played a key role in the establishment of legislation and regulations such as the Workplace Fairness Act and the Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests.

Mrs Koh Soo Boon, a pioneer in the global venture capital industry, founded iGlobe Partners in 1999 amidst the dawn of VC globalization. With a focus on technology investments in the United States and Asia, she consistently delivered top-quartile fund returns. Through the ups and downs of business cycles over 25 years, she led iGlobe's portfolios to successful IPOs, showcasing her strong business acumen and unwavering resilience. Recognized as the Founder of Singapore's first female-led VC firm, she was inducted into the Singapore Women’s Hall of Fame by former President Halimah Yacob on 8 Mar 2022. 

Soo Boon champions board diversity and supports women leaders in tech startups. She is currently an Honorary Council Member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI), having served as the Chairwoman of SCCCI's Career Women Group from 2009 to 2019. She also mentors professional women on both private and public boards. 

Ms Adeline Kooi is a public policy and government affairs professional, who cares deeply about supporting people to thrive in life and at work.​

Presently, she is a Director at NTUC, leading its policy advocacy and related impact activations for progressive, inclusive and safe workplaces and retirement adequacy. She supports unions, union leaders and Parliamentarians in addressing ground needs, and works with government agency stakeholders and Tripartite partners to co-create better public policies and regulations. She also has a soft spot for freelancers, self-employed persons, and caregivers, recognizing the unique challenges faced.​

Adeline also has policy, programme and business development experience in the private sector and public service, covering real estate and infrastructure development, asset management, clean energy and mobility technology, and market regulation.

Ms Low Peck Kem is Chief HR Officer and Advisor Workforce Development, for Singapore Public Service, leading HR capability development across the public sector. Previously, she was Senior Director, Human Resource & Organisational Development at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) in Geneva.

Her career spans quality engineering, manufacturing management, and HR leadership roles with Tandon, Western Digital, Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Avago Technologies. She served as Divisional Director at Ministry of Manpower. Her diverse experience offers unique leadership perspectives across Asian, European, and American cultures.

Peck Kem is the first Asian to be conferred the CIPD Chartered Companion and a recognised HR thought leader. Her recent accolades include Global Top 100 HR Leader (HR Today Hall of Fame 2025), Asean’s 100 Most Influential HR Leaders (ETHRWorld South-East Asia, 2026) and Singapore’s Top Voices in HR, Leadership and People Strategy (New In Asia, 2026). She currently serves as the elected President for both the Singapore Human Resources Institute and the World Federation of People Management Associations. She was the immediate past President of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resources Management.

Ms Juanita Mega is the Founder of Metatron Advisory and Managing Director of The Academy by Intuition, leading transformative learning, leadership development, and AI‑enabled capability building for organisations across Asia.  

With a portfolio career spanning corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and advisory roles, she brings a deeply lived understanding of what it means to navigate non‑linear career paths while juggling caregiving responsibilities and life transitions. 

In over 30+ years of experience in senior roles across telco, global ed tech and professional services firms including Siemens, Kaplan, Hyper Island – Juanita has led business growth, and people development initiatives. Today, her work is about building human potential in an age of AI, supporting leaders thrive amid disruption. 

Juanita is a committed advocate for community impact and neuroinclusion and serves on the Board of the Institute of Neurodiversity Singapore as well as on the Fundraising Committee at the Singapore Red Cross.  She also mentors across national and sector specific programmes.

Ms Michelle Teo is a Global Vice President at DKSH Healthcare, leading the Own Brands portfolio across multiple markets with end-to-end accountability for strategy, innovation, and growth. With close to 20 years of global pharmaceutical experience, she brings a strong track record in building and scaling healthcare brands, driving market expansion, and delivering sustainable business performance. 

She is recognised for combining commercial excellence with purpose-driven leadership—championing patient-centric solutions, improving access to healthcare, and advancing equity in underserved areas, particularly in women’s health. She holds on to the conviction that healthcare is not just about products, but about shaping systems that enable better outcomes for patients, families, and communities. 

Ms Sher-li Torrey is the Founder and Director of Mums@Work Singapore, a social enterprise she started in 2010 to support women in navigating work, caregiving, career transitions and entrepreneurship. Over the past 15 years, Mums@Work has grown into a community of more than 70,000 women, partnering employers to rethink flexible work, return-to-work pathways and inclusive hiring practices. 

In 2016, Sher-li co-founded Career Navigators Singapore, which focuses on helping women return to the workforce through dedicated employer programmes, career coaching and reintegration initiatives. In 2024, Mums@Work expanded into Japan and Hong Kong, extending its work with women, employers and partners across the region. 

Through Mums@Work and Career Navigators, Sher-li has worked with leading organisations across sectors to support women in career re-entry, flexible work and leadership transitions. A frequent speaker, trainer and media contributor on women, work and diversity, she has spoken widely on the evolving role of women in the workplace. She currently serves on national councils including the COMPASS Council under Singapore’s Ministry of Education and the Families for Life Council under the Ministry of Social and Family Development. 

Mr Gregory Vijayendran is a partner at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, specialising in dispute resolution. He served as the founding Chairman of Pro Bono SG from 2017 to January 2025, the access-to-justice arm of the Law Society, and thereafter, completed his term as a Board Member of Pro Bono SG in end July 2026. Gregory was the inaugural Pro Bono Ambassador of the Law Society in 2009 and has actively served in community-based legal clinics and represented indigent clients. He also specialises in charities governance and currently serves on the Charity Council.

Gregory has a longstanding involvement in community service, having served as Vice President of the Children’s Cancer Foundation from 1992 to 1995, chaired Camp Rainbow from 1994 to 1995, and served as President of Club Rainbow (Singapore) from 1996 to 2015. He is currently Chair of the Bioethics Advisory Committee, a Board Director of the Agency for Integrated Care and a Member of the Council for Board Diversity. He is also serving as a Trustee of the National Youth Fund and served as President of the Tribunal for the Maintenance of Parents from 2022 to 2025 after serving as Member and Deputy President from 2015.

Ms Jesslyn Yim is the Co-founder of The Courage Chapter, a social enterprise reimagining what it means to thrive in a longer-lived society. She believes that as people outlive traditional narratives of work and aging, our understanding of contribution must evolve alongside them. Through The Courage Chapter, Jesslyn designs programmes, communities, and partnerships that help experienced professionals navigate career and life transitions while challenging age-related assumptions about aging, work, and value. Her work explores how longer lives and AI are reshaping career longevity, enabling experienced professionals to continue contributing in new and meaningful ways.
