It creates space for dialogue, shared learning, and alignment across the network, grounded in the realities and priorities of the communities we serve.
Join us for this MSC Talk with Ms Shone on the civil divorce process in Singapore, where we will walk through the Family Justice Courts’ jurisdiction, eligibility and grounds for divorce, and the key stages involved. The session will also cover ancillary matters, including custody, care and control and access, division of matrimonial assets, and spousal and child maintenance.
