Daughters of Tomorrow, in partnership with Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), is inviting young women aged 18–35 to join the Ignite Career Development Programme — a small-group coaching programme designed to help participants gain greater clarity, confidence and direction in their career journey.
Whether you are currently looking for work, exploring better opportunities or thinking about your next career move, the programme offers practical guidance and personalised support to help you move forward.
Through three in-person coaching sessions with professionals, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Clarify their career goals and identify actionable next steps
- Develop practical strategies to support their career growth
- Receive guidance and coaching tailored to their employment journey
- Build greater confidence in pursuing meaningful and sustainable employment

The programme is open to women aged 18–35 who are committed to pursuing their career or employment goals, whether currently employed or job-seeking. Participants must be able to attend the online orientation and all three compulsory coaching sessions.
