BoardAgender x LinkedIn Session

Many thanks to Noelle Lim, one of the mentees of BoardAgender’s Mentoring Programme for Aspiring Directors 2023, who orchestrated an informational session with LinkedIn editors, Ms Serla Rusli and Mr Ting Wei Toh, on how one can boost their presence and build a voice on LinkedIn.

This session equipped attendees with the key skill sets and techniques of how they could boost their online presence on LinkedIn, by managing their profiles, exploring the varieties of posts they could leverage, interacting with other users and amplifying their presence.

Attendees learned how to address and overcome challenges they might face when using LinkedIn. These included having insufficient time, imposter syndrome and the fear of being judged. They learned how to use the LinkedIn space to their leadership and professional advantage.
