Among the many captivating events that take place during this festival, the SCWO Carnival stands out as a vibrant and engaging celebration of community spirit and empowerment.

A Celebration of Women’s Empowerment

The SCWO Carnival is a testament to SCWO’s commitment to promoting gender diversity, gender equality, and social progress. As an umbrella organisation representing over 60 women’s organisations in Singapore, SCWO aims to empower women and enhance their status in society. The carnival serves as a platform to showcase the achievements and the lives of women in Singapore, and foster a sense of unity as a society that values equal space, equal voice and equal worth.

Engaging Activities

The SCWO Carnival offered a diverse range of activities that catered to people of all ages and interests. From art workshops to shopping at the bazaar by women entrepreneurs, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Children and adults alike participated by providing their own pieces and thoughts in the Lives of Women Exhibition, where they could find out more about the progress women have made throughout the different ages of Singapore,  

The carnival also features a vibrant marketplace where entrepreneurs, and women-led businesses showcase their products and services. This not only supports local talent but also provides a platform for women to network, collaborate, and gain exposure for their businesses.

Community Engagement and Social Causes
