In celebrating women for the month of March 2023, we are pleased to announce the launch of the 3rd BoardAgender Mentoring Programme for Aspiring Women Directors. The programme will run from July to December 2023.

As part of the IWD 2023, DOT will be launching a book “Dreams of Our Daughters” which contains a collection of 15 stories of our DOT women, centering around their journey back to work. The themes revolve around legal issues, challenges in obtaining stable housing and caregiving needs in Singapore, as well as flexible and sustainable employment opportunities.
Our CEO, Ms Koh Yan Ping, and two other inspiring and empowered women will share their career stories in TechZone's upcoming International Women's Day Celebrations 2023.
