The TAA recognises organisations that excel in building fair, progressive, and inclusive workplaces across four award categories: Fair and Progressive Employment Practices, Work-Life Excellence, Age Inclusive Practices, and Responsible Outsourcing Practices.
Participants will receive an overview of the application timeline, eligibility requirements, and key administrative information, with opportunities to ask questions during the general briefing. Those interested in specific award categories can also attend dedicated sessions covering assessment criteria, application tips, examples from past award-winning submissions, and common areas for improvement.
