MSC Talk: Muslim Will, Estate and Inheritance Law
What happens to the people, property, and responsibilities we leave behind?
For Muslim families, estate planning is not only about writing a will. It is also about understanding how assets are managed after death, how inheritance is distributed under Islamic law, and how common legal issues can affect the people we care about most.
Join us for this MSC Talk on Muslim Will, Estate and Inheritance Law, where we will explore key legal considerations relating to Muslim wills, the distribution of estate under Islamic Inheritance Law, and the management of assets after death.
Because what we leave behind should not become a burden, but a source of ease and dignity for those who remain.
