PPIS Women LeadHers
PPIS, in collaboration with Maybank Singapore and Korn Ferry, has launched PPIS Women LeadHers, a new leadership development programme that empowers women through mentorship, capability building, and meaningful professional networks.
The programme aims to strengthen social mobility by supporting aspiring women leaders with opportunities to develop their confidence, leadership capabilities, and professional connections, while building a sustainable pipeline of women leaders for Singapore's communities and workforce.
Apply as a Mentee
Women who are looking to take the next step in their leadership journey are invited to apply or be referred to the programme. Applicants should generally meet the following criteria:
- Aged 24–35
- Per capita household income (PCI) of S$2,000 and below
- Currently employed, self-employed, an early-career professional, or returning to the workforce
Become a Mentor
Experienced women professionals are invited to serve as mentors, supporting and championing the next generation of women leaders. Through mentorship, participants can share their expertise, create opportunities, and help women realise their leadership potential.

Applications for both mentors and mentees close on 31 July 2026.
