Some of the discussions included how one should always present themselves with confidence coupled with humility, the importance of mutual respect between board members, board dynamics, how one should understand their purpose in joining the board and how it is essential to elevate and own what are aspects that are distinctive to oneself and present one’s unique points in such a way that it increases recognition and engagement.
