1. Introduction

The Star Shelter is a direct service of Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO) and has been running for more than 20 years. It is a crisis shelter for women and children who are survivors of family violence. We are seeking tenders for provision of security guard services at the Star Shelter premise for a period of three (3) years. This document outlines the requirements and process for submission.
