By applying to volunteer with us, by registering to receive our newsletters, by requesting our services, by attending our events and courses, by requesting information, by communicating with us on social media like Facebook or Twitter, or by any similar interaction, you consent to your personal information being processed by us in the manner described in this Privacy Statement.

Collect and Use of Your Personal Data
We collect personal data from our members, existing/prospective clients, volunteers, partners and sponsors, event and course participants, donors for various reasons:

  • To provide you with the services you have requested and to maintain our relationship with you;
  • Communicating with you in relation to events, updates and sharing of information;
  • To comply as required under applicable regulations by government authorities.

Sharing Your Personal Data
We may share your personal data internally, or with our affiliates, partners, sponsors and government authorities. We may also disclose your information where there is legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

We will retain your personal data only as necessary for the effective delivery of services to you, or as required by the relevant laws and regulations.

Access / Amending / Removal of Personal Data
If you believe the personal information we have about you is not accurate or up-to-date, you may withdraw consent to use or disclose your personal data at any time.
