Member Spotlight : PrimeTime Business & Professional Women’s Association (PrimeTime)

PrimeTime provides a unique opportunity for women looking for a professional, social and community networking and learning experience with an international group in Singapore. PrimeTime has around 350 members providing a community offering of over 50 events a year that feature stellar speakers, discussion groups, professional networking opportunities, social gatherings and community outreach opportunities.

Over 30 nationalities make up PrimeTime’s membership. We take great pride in the diversity of our members by their nationality, cultural background, professional experience, personal interests, ages and stages of life. PrimeTime members represent a wide spectrum of corporate and professional organisations encompassing a plethora of verticals – banking & finance, FMCG, legal, advertising & marketing communications to name a few and a variety of functions – communications, accounting, information technology, senior management etc. A significant number of members are budding entrepreneurs as well.

PrimeTime’s activities and events are grouped in 3 key pillars: Professional and Personal Development, Social activities (Wine and Dine Time, Book Review Group etc.) and Community Outreach activities. These 3 pillars are underpinned by a strong sense of community spirit at PrimeTime providing a welcoming and meaningful experience to its members.

PrimeTime is run entirely by member volunteers and it is through their efforts that PrimeTime offers over 60 activities each year. A general meeting is held on the ‘2nd Thursday’ of each month. This event provides a great opportunity to meet and network with other members and hear inspirational speakers. The 2nd Thursday gathering is a great way for prospective members to come and see what PrimeTime is all about. Apart from the 2nd Thursday event, scheduled events are organized regularly by PrimeTime’s 12 Special Interest Groups throughout the year.
