Mr Masagos Zulkifli
Minister for Social and Family Development

Mr Masagos entered politics in 2006, after being elected as Member of Parliament for Tampines Group Representation Constituency, and was appointed Senior Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry of Education. Prior to that, Mr Masagos was working in Singapore Telecommunications Limited and last held the position of CEO, SingTel Global Offices. From 2008 to 2014, Mr Masagos held other positions in the Singapore Government, within the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Home Affairs. He was appointed Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs in May 2018. From October 2015 to July 2020, Mr Masagos was Minister for the Environment and Water Resources. He took on his current appointment on 27 July 2020.

Ms Bandana Rana brings over 30 years of experience promoting women's rights through organisations and networks she has founded and led. She has worked from grassroots to global levels, driving advocacy, research, and community mobilisation in areas such as violence against women, gendered conflict transformation, peacebuilding, and gender-sensitive media. Through the two organisations she co-founded Saathi and Sancharika Samuha. She has led impactful programmes to challenge harmful gender stereotypes and promote the engagement of men and boys. She also works closely with the Global MenEngage Alliance to advance gender equality. She has chaired Nepal's National Women's Commission and the Global Network of Women Shelters, and served on UN advisory panels for UNSCR 1325 and UN Women.

Mr Ho Kwon Ping
Founder and Executive Chairman, Banyan Group

Mr Ho Kwon Ping is Founder and Executive Chairman of Banyan Group, Laguna Resorts and Hotels, and Thai Wah Public Company. He was founding Chairman of SMU, and has chaired Singapore Power and MediaCorp, serving on boards including GIC, SIA, and Standard Chartered. He is the only two-time recipient of HICAP's Innovation and Lifetime Achievement Awards. He has received Singapore's Meritorious Service Medal and Distinguished Service Order, and multiple honorary doctorates. In 2024, he was honoured with AHEAD Asia's Outstanding Contribution award for his lasting impact on the hospitality industry.

Ms Junie Foo
Immediate Past President, Singapore Council of Women's Organisations

Junie Foo transitioned from being the only Singaporean woman leading corporate banking in Asia Oceania for a Japanese financial institution to serving as CEO of a large charitable organisation reaching nearly 10,000 beneficiaries. She has dedicated over 20 years to supporting women through the Financial Women's Association, International Women's Forum, and SCWO. Co-founder and former Chairperson BoardAgender, she is Immediate Past President of SCWO and Singapore's Representative for Women's Rights on the ASEAN Commission (ACWC). Junie advocates for financial adequacy and better career opportunities for women, especially those re-entering the workforce after caregiving.

Mr Goh Pei Ming
Minister of State, Ministry of Home Affairs & Ministry of Social and Family Development

Mr Goh Pei Ming was appointed Minister of State in May 2025 and has served as MP for Marine Parade-Braddell Heights GRC since April 2025. He spent 24 years in the SAF, holding roles such as Chief of Staff-Joint Staff and MINDEF Chief Sustainability Officer. He also led National Day Parade 2022 and served on boards including DSTA and Temasek Polytechnic.

A grassroots volunteer since 2007, he previously chaired the Kampong Chai Chee Community Club Management Committee.

Mr Goh holds degrees from Cornell, Stanford, and King's College London. He is married with three children and enjoys jogging, hawker food, and family time.

Mr Ben Ang
Centre Director, Thye Hua Kwan Family Service Centre @Bedok North

Mr Ben Ang is the Centre Director at Thye Hua Kwan Family Service Centre @ Bedok North and a key advocate for men's healing through the Brotherhood programme. He leads efforts to support men in addressing family violence, emotional regulation, and relationship repair. Mr Ang facilitates peer support groups, co-develops the programme with NUS's Social Service Research Centre, and co-conducts sessions with the Singapore Prison Service's HERO program for inmates. His work centres on breaking cycles of harm rooted in childhood trauma and toxic masculinity, and he was recognised with the Family Violence Dialogue Group Appreciation Award for his contributions.

Georgette Tan

United Women Singapore (UWS)

Georgette Tan is the Immediate Past President and current Board Member of United Women Singapore (UWS), advocating for gender equality and female leadership. She co-chairs SCWO's BoardAgender and sits on the board of SG Her Empowerment (SHE). Georgette also co-chairs the Alexandra Primary School Advisory Council and mentors female entrepreneurs across the region. Formerly Senior VP of Communications at Mastercard, she led CSR efforts focused on empowering women and children, and launched key consumer and gender indexes across Asia- Pacific.

Dr Huang Zhongwei
Deputy Director, NUS Bia-Echo Asia Centre for Reproductive Longevity and Equality (ACRLE)

Adjunct Assistant Professor Zhongwei Huang is Deputy Director of the NUS Bia-Echo Asia Centre for Reproductive Longevity & Equality and Consultant at the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, National University Hospital. His subspecialties include reproductive endocrinology, infertility, and sexual medicine, and he is accredited by Singapore's Ministry of Health as an ART specialist. Dr Huang earned his PhD in ovarian biology from the University of Oxford in 2011 and is an active clinician-scientist. His research focuses on advancing reproductive longevity and has been published in leading journals such as Nature Aging, Cell Research, and Fertility & Sterility.

Dr Razwana Begum
Head, Public Safety and Security Programme, SUSS

Dr Razwana Begum is President of PPIS, where she champions women's empowerment and community development. She is also Associate Professor and Head of the Public Safety and Security Programme at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. With a PhD from Monash University and qualifications in law, criminology, counselling, and social work, she brings deep expertise to both academia and practice. Dr Razwana previously served 18 years as a Probation Officer at MSF and was a Nominated Member of Parliament from 2023 to 2025. She also contributes to CATOS, school advisory boards, and fostering committees, and is widely recognised for her thought leadership in criminology.

Dr Ang Seng Bin
Family Physician & Senior Consultant, Family Medicine Service
KK Women's and Children's Hospital

Dr Ang Seng Bin is a Senior Consultant at the Family Medicine Service and Menopause Centre, KK Women's and Children's Hospital, and a Family Physician with a strong academic focus. He serves as Director of Innovations at SingHealth Duke-NUS FM ACP and holds multiple teaching roles across Duke-NUS and SingHealth Residency Programmes. His research spans menopause, osteoporosis, sexual health, and healthcare innovation. Dr Ang is President of the Osteoporosis Society Singapore and Menopause Research Society (Singapore), and President- Elect of the International Menopause Society. He is a sought-after speaker at global conferences on women's health, technology, and chronic disease management.

Dr June Goh
Board Member, Singapore Council of Women's Organisations & SG Her Empowerment

Dr June Goh serves on the Board of SCWO and co-chairs its Taskforce for
Ageing. A founding board member of SG Her Empowerment (SHE), she works on online harms with SHECARES@SCWO. At the ASEAN level, she contributed to the ACWO Vision 2025 statement and helped organise the ACWO 2020 Masterclass. A Senior Consultant in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care, she holds academic roles at Duke-NUS, Lee Kong Chian, and Yong Loo Lin medical schools. She also serves on the boards of Yong Siew Toh Music Conservatory, Singapore Medical Association Charity Fund, and was on the Council for Board Diversity.

An award-winning entrepreneur and investor, Anna also founded The New Savvy, a financial platform for women, and was previously Managing Director at ABZD Capital and Gourmet Food Holdings. Ms Trisha Suresh
Head of Public Policy and Economic Graph (Southeast Asia) LinkedIn

Trisha Suresh leads LinkedIn's public policy strategy and programmes in Singapore and Southeast Asia. She develops partnerships with governments, multilateral organisations and economic institutions to advance LinkedIn's vision to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. In her role, Trisha works with LinkedIn's data scientists and economists to leverage data from LinkedIn's Economic Graph to shape and inform skills and workforce development policies.

Prior to LinkedIn, Trisha spent almost nine years in a consulting role with The Economist Group in Singapore and Hong Kong. Ms Ong Soh Chin

Soh Chin is 3rd Vice President of SCWO and Immediate Past President of AWARE, having served from 2022 to 2024. A corporate and commercial writer and editor, she authored By Generations, For Generations (Temasek, 2024) and Up Close with Lee Kuan Yew (2016). Formerly Deputy Editor at The Straits Times, she wrote on gender equality and politics. She has held roles at Shell, the Institute of Policy Studies, where she launched and hosted the On Diversity podcast, and Netflix as Southeast Asia PR Director. She runs an editorial and communications consultancy and is pursuing an MSc in Applied Psychology to become a psychotherapist.

Ms Deborah Wan

Deborah Wan is a restorative justice facilitator at Lutheran Community Care Services in Singapore, working to build connected communities and break cycles of harm. She integrates expressive therapies into her trauma-informed, creative dialogue practice to support nonviolent communication and healing, particularly in familial relationships. Deborah holds an MA in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) in Psychology from NUS. Dr Sherry Aw

Dr. Sherry Aw is a Lecturer of Psychology at James Cook University Singapore. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from NUS Business School and has conducted research with sectors including healthcare and finance. Her work explores how work affects mental health and well-being, including remote work, work-family balance, motivation, burnout, the role of empathy, and how emotions shape our daily work lives. Dr. Aw is Associate Editor of Personnel Review and outgoing Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Stress Management. Her research appears in top journals, and she has written for Channel NewsAsia.

Dr Da Xuan Ng
Lecturer of Counselling, James Cook University Singapore

Dr. Da Xuan Ng is a Lecturer in Counselling at James Cook University Singapore. A registered counsellor since 2016, he holds a Master of Counselling from SUSS and a PhD in Personality and Social Psychology, with a research focus on prejudice and social tolerance. He has worked with disadvantaged youth, students, and adults. His clinical and research work centres on improving mental wellbeing among marginalised communities, often in partnership with social service agencies. His current research explores factors that support wellbeing, such as how single mothers maintain optimism, how youth experience social connection and loneliness, and how self-compassion shapes self and relationships.

Natalie is Director of Research at SG Her Empowerment (SHE), a non- profit supporting women and girls in both online and offline spaces. She leads research on gender norms in Singapore, including workplace experiences and unconscious bias. In the online harms space, her work explores prevalence, impact, and survivors' help-seeking behaviours. SHE's research informs its programmes such as the support centre SHECARES@SCWO, along with public education and advocacy efforts to foster a safer, more equitable society for all.
