Cat C, Second Place: “Back to the Future: 2085” by Joey Chua
I am the first female commercial pilot in Singapore because I dared to push boundaries to achieve what was considered unthinkable. I hope more women are empowered to challenge male-dominated fields and prove the impossible wrong. 2085 can be everything we make it to be.
In Back To The Future (movie), Marty realizes that he has the ability to actively change his future. Like Marty, all of us possess the power to alter Singapore's next 60 years through daring to do so. If 2085 were a movie, I hope to see this version of my country.
