A group of delegates from the Tianjin Women's Federation from China arrived at SCWO Centre on 12th October 2011 in hope to understand and learn more about what the SCWO does . Our 3^rd Vice President, Ms Joanna Portilla, delivered an impressive introduction of SCWO in Mandarin. 

The session started off with light refreshments from Torte and coffee, following that, Ms Portilla went on to give a more detailed description on what the SCWO does.

After the presentation, Ms Portilla was invited to sit together at the table for a more informal Q&A session. The women from Tianjin Women's Federation showed their interest in how the SCWO is run and who are the people helping to run the organisation. The SCWO and Tianjin Women's Federation exchanged of gifts and was later brought around the Centre for a short guided tour. It was yet another enlightening experience and we hope for more exchanges like this.
