The Maintenance Support Central (MSCentral) is an initiative by the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO). It is a one-stop drop-in centre that provides support and assistance to improve the enforcement of maintenance orders.

Through its services, the Maintenance Support Central aims to address the issue from the point of view of both the claimants and the respondents so as to facilitate a beneficial outcome.

Services

Legal Advice and Enforcement Options

We provide legal advice and information on matters pertaining to the enforcement of maintenance orders. Limited legal representation will also be provided after a case-by-case evaluation.

Video-link Filing

We have video-link facilities available to assist women in filing enforcement proceedings electronically in order to reduce the number of court attendances.

Video conference service operating hours:

Monday to Thursday: 9am – 12pm, 2.30pm – 4.30pm 

Friday: 9am – 12pm, 2pm – 4pm

Financial and Family Counselling

We offer counselling services to provide guidance for women to rebuild their lives and to encourage them towards independence and confidence.
