Patricia Tan is a highly regarded advisor to organizations across Asia Pacific, specializing in the hiring, development, and retention of C-Suite leaders. She leads the Digital and Technology Officer practice in the region and plays an integral role in the Technology, Consumer, and Financial Services practices. Patricia collaborates with both listed and privately owned companies, addressing their broader leadership transformation needs, including CEO and General Management succession planning and top team build-outs. Her expertise extends across various corporate functions, having successfully recruited leaders in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Corporate/Government Affairs, giving her unique insights into the qualities that make Corporate Officers highly impactful. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Patricia is deeply committed to philanthropy. She actively manages Fertility Support SG, a charity under ‘I Love Children’, which provides essential support groups for couples facing infertility challenges. Recently, Patricia has been driving awareness around workplace support for couples navigating fertility journeys and pregnancy losses. Having personally experienced these challenges while managing her career, she understands the critical need for inclusive support in the workplace.
