Shai Ganu is passionate about corporate stewardship, improving company performance, driving diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) and climate priorities, and contributing to a collective better future for all. He is the global leader of the Executive Compensation and Board Advisory business at WTW and leads a team of over 500 consultants across 45 countries. He is a trusted adviser to boards and committees of more than 100 leading companies globally. A Senior Accredited Director himself, he also serves as an independent director on the boards of leading companies and not-for-profit organizations. He is a Fellow and Council member of Singapore Institute of Directors and chairs the ESG Chapter. He is also a member of World Economic Forum’s Climate Governance community of experts and global governing board member of its Climate Governance Initiative. As a Committee member of BoardAgender, he is passionate about enhancing cognitive diversity on Boards.
