Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Campus Operations and Students Affairs Director will spearhead the development and improvement of operational activities in the Aidha campuses, ensuring that activities are conducted smoothly and efficiently to Aidha’s high standards. This key role will also contribute to expanding Aidha’s physical and digital campus presence.

Further, this role is also responsible for directing, planning, and developing non-academic support services for the student body and alumnae aimed to enrich their experience in Aidha.

The position is full-time (but an 80% part-time role is possible). The Director, Campus Operations and Students Affairs is expected to spend two Sundays a month on campus or at external sites for outreach events and attend Aidha events on evenings and weekends as necessary. (Note: time off-in-lieu will be provided for work on weekends or evenings.)

Job Description:

The role of Director, Marketing and Partnerships, is a leadership role that will make a substantial contribution to Aidha’s strategic development and will drive increased visibility and reach for Aidha.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director, Marketing and Partnerships, is responsible for designing and implementing a strategic integrated marketing and communications plan in order to reach various key stakeholders (prospective students, employers, corporate partners, donors, and the media). The Director, Marketing and Partnerships, will spearhead the development of Aidha’s outreach and community building activities to increase Aidha’s visibility within and outside the community. The Director, Marketing and Partnerships will also contribute to increasing Aidha’s financial resources by supporting fundraising efforts in close collaboration with the CEO and the Director of Programmes and Development.

The position is full-time. The Director, Marketing and Partnerships, is expected to spend at 1-2 Sundays a month on campus or at external sites for outreach events and attend Aidha events on evenings and weekends as necessary. (Note: time off-in-lieu will be provided for work on weekends.)

Director, Programmes and Development (AIDHA)

Job Description:

The role of Director, Programmes and Development, is one that contributes to the strategic development of Aidha’s programme offerings and is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with partner organisations.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Programmes and Development Director is responsible for guiding the development of new programmes as well as determining the direction of the current student and alumni programmes; overseeing the research and evaluation initiatives that will track the success and impact of Aidha’s programmes; and managing curriculum reviews to ensure Aidha’s programmes remain effective and relevant to its students. The Programmes and Development Director will also play a key role in developing new partnerships to further Aidha’s programme priorities, including partnerships with local and international non-profits as well as funders.

The position is full-time. The Programmes and Development Director is expected to spend 1-2 Sundays a month on campus or, in light of Covid-19, supporting Sunday online activities. (Note: time off-in-lieu will be provided for work on weekends.)

HR Assistant Manager for the Secretariat Department (AWARE)

Job Description

As an individual contributor, the HR Manager oversees the full spectrum of HR programmes and activities in the HR and admin department. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and recommend HR programmes and policies, processes and sharing of best practices in the non-for-profit environment.
  • Administer internship programme, including selection and training
  • Engage and advise Executive Director, management and staff on people relation issues and enquiries.
  • Manage, oversee and verify employee’s benefits, overtime, allowances and compensation and ensure that AWARE is in compliance with the latest MOM regulations.
  • Ensure monthly payroll and CPF submission is completed timely and accurately.
  • Manage income tax matters, work pass applications/renewal/cancellations, etc.
  • Source, develop, establish, implement and lead organisational training programme activities (e.g. team building, functional trainings).
  • Initiate, lead and participate in HR projects which align with AWARE’s strategic directions.
  • Manage AWARE’s data protection as the Data Protection Officer by collaborating with each department’s Assistant Data Protection Officer.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the AWARE centre, pertaining to facilities maintenance, office supplies and housekeeping.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR management
  • Minimum 6 years of demonstrated experience (preferably a generalist) with some working exposure in not-for-profit organizations
  • Good knowledge of employment law and legislative requirements
  • Ability to work independently as a Team Lead for the HR/Admin Department
  • Proficiency in MS office products MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel; and Google Apps
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
