WR: Exclusive Learning Journey to Creative Eateries- Continuous Learning in Fast-Changing Marketplace

Join the Women’s Register on a learning journey to Creative Eateries – learn about how a culture of continuous learning and keeping one’s finger on the pulse of today’s fast-changing economy of disruption can be pertinent to the success of a company.

Creative Eateries is a home-grown Food and Beverage (F&B) player which conceptualizes and operates multiple F&B concepts. Today the company operates 20 brands in the F&B retail, catering and hotel concept spaces. Having forged a business strategy using a multi-brand approach and made a mark for itself as one of the leaders in the Singapore market of Small Medium Enterprises, the company has employed numerous initiatives, tools and customer touch points that allows it to adapt and stay on top of a fast-changing market, whilst maintaining a healthy growth of stores with its footprint of 50 stores in Singapore and the region.

Participants will visit several concepts on an exclusive walking tour at Bugis+, a Capital Land mall that is home to four Creative Eateries’ concepts. Peek behind the curtains on this private learning journey led personally by Bernadette Giam, Director of Corporate Affairs and Human Resources who has spearheaded organizational change and innovations for the company in the last decade upon joining her family business.
