Speak Up & Stand Up For Your Dreams

Sometimes it seems easier to go with the flow to avoid potential conflict. Learning to stand up for ourselves helps us to believe in our own power and embolden us to reach for our dreams.

June’s talk explores the subject we often brush aside: GOALS, ASPIRATIONS and DREAMS.

It discusses reasons we might pull back from pursuing them – from not wanting to put ourselves first and being duty-bound to wanting to conform to social norms and feeling daunted by the challenges that come with goals aspirations and dreams.

Participants go through exercises to experience what it feels like to:

  1. Have a big goal and purpose
  2. Think of their goals, aspirations and dreams from values-based perspective

They also learn about tips and ideas for getting closer to being what they desire to be.

Join us on 13th of June at this inspiring event to meet like minded women and grow together.
