Empowerment for Work-Life Success

Organised by Women Empowered for Work And Mothering

Enjoy your work but wish to do more for your kids and family ?
Considering resignation due to work-life concerns ?
Are you thinking of returning to work now that the kids are in school ?
Have you returned to work but left due to work-life challenges ?

In today’s fast-paced and competitive work environment, individuals often face challenges trying to complete work responsibilities while meeting childcare or eldercare needs. Some become stressed at work while family relationships get affected. A mum faces different work-life challenges at specific life-stages. She can choose to develop personal work-life effectiveness so as to perform well at work while still being able to meet family and personal needs.

This half-day workshop will equip attendees with strategies and actions that they can take to achieve work-life harmony. The workshop is developed by WEWAM President Ean Yeo, winner of Singapore’s Work-Life Leadership Award 2012. Ean’s expertise in areas of Work-Life Success and Flexible Work Arrangements has been featured regularly in media and conferences. This programme on Personal Work-Life Effectiveness has been conducted for hundreds of participants and received good feedback.

Treat yourself or a friend to this workshop organised by WEWAM. Women Empowered for Work And Mothering is a non-profit organisation set up to support working mothers and stay-home mothers who desire to work so that they can be empowered to become women of excellence in both roles at work and at home.
