A Step Forward in Addressing the Gendered Stereotypes in Leadership in Singapore: Kantar Public X SCWO
On 5th May 2023, we organised an Engagement Forum and Workshop with the launch of Singapore’s first-ever findings of gendered leadership within the Reykjavik Index for Leadership 2022 – 2023, in collaboration with global policy advisory firm Kantar Public. Held at NTUC Centre, with gratitude to Ms Yeo Wan Ling, Director of NTUC U SME and Women & Family Unit, the agenda was focused on finding out the current state of perceptions on women’s leadership in Singapore and deliberating on these findings through an interactive discussion with close to 80 women and men who were exclusively invited by SCWO and Kantar Public. First female fighter squadron commander among the eight inducted today to the Singapore Women’s Hall of Fame
One is a trailblazing magazine editor. Another helped to resolve refugee crises around the world. Another one built a pipeline of well-trained early childhood education professionals for Singapore. Two turned their passion for fashion into thriving businesses. Another two have taken feminist discourse in the arts to new heights. And the youngest is the first woman to command a fighter squadron in Singapore. SCWO celebrates Lunar New Year 2023 with Lo Hei and Presidents’ Forum
Thirty member organisations gathered at SCWO on Saturday, 4th February for the Presidents’ Forum and Lo Hei to welcome the Year of the Rabbit! The Presidents’ Forum is a valuable opportunity for presidents of SCWO member organisations to meet and connect with like-minded organisations.
