Leadership and Professional Development Workshops

Women make up nearly half the workforce but take up only 13.1% of directorship on public listed companies. For your business to grow, the quality of your human capital, especially that of your female employees, is important.

Through U Women’s Network, an initiative of NTUC U Family, your employees can access career development programmes and networking opportunities that are customised for female professionals.
